When should you schedule your move?

Book access before treating the date as settled
Ask the building manager how moves are scheduled, which entrance to use and whether there are limits on receiving hours. If a service elevator is required, confirm the slot and any paperwork early enough for the mover to review it.
Repeat the check at both addresses. A morning pickup can conflict with an afternoon delivery restriction, especially when travel and loading time are involved. Give Milvus both sets of constraints instead of deciding that the journey alone determines the schedule.
