Towards the Sun

With sincere wishes of good health to the movers and their clients!

A strong immune system can face off any infection, so it is necessary to use vitamins to keep it in good shape. One of the most popular vitamins is vitamin D, which is involved in the production of information and protective cells. They are the ones who kill viruses and bacteria! Vitamin D is produced in the body under the influence of sunlight, so it is recommended for use as a dietary supplement  from October to March (consult your doctor when choosing which one to take). And, of course, it is contained in foods full of the sun vitamin: fish (salmon, chum salmon, sardines, mackerel); liver; red meat; egg yolk, mushrooms, dairy products. They all should be on your table.

Change Your Habits

Healthy and nutrient-enriched food is the most important condition for a good immune system. During the cold season, you need to exclude or minimize the use of junk food, such as:

  • margarine;
  • mayonnaise;
  • sugar, sweets, cakes;
  • salted nuts, chips;
  • fried food.

You can substitute many of them with healthier alternatives:

  • low-fat butter;
  • low-fat sour cream;
  • dried fruit, fresh fruit, whole grain flour biscuits;
  • various nuts;
  • baked food.

It is possible to diversify the taste of food with spices that are catalysts of immunity: turmeric, black pepper, ginger, etc. Experiment and enjoy.
