Revere’s current parking guidance includes overnight resident restrictions and streets with round-the-clock resident-only rules. It also explains that some larger residential properties are not eligible for resident permits. Check the actual location with management and the Parking Clerk.
A resident or visitor pass should not be assumed to reserve loading space for a moving truck. Describe the proposed vehicle position, carrying distance and any restriction to Milvus before the appointment.
For a managed building, ask about the service entrance, moving hours and elevator reservation separately. Street parking permission and access inside the property are different parts of the plan.
Keep packing inside the apartment
Leave shared entrances and corridors available
Group completed cartons by their receiving rooms and keep them out of the shared carrying route. Mark the belongings that are staying so they do not become part of the load.
Send photographs of tight doors, landings or stair turns along with dimensions of larger furniture. If there is an elevator, include its door and cabin dimensions and the route between it and the apartment.
Let Milvus know about required building paperwork and changes to the assigned entrance or moving window. Review those requirements before booking rather than assuming an ordinary delivery arrangement covers them.

The hourly rate is one part of the estimate. Confirm minimum billable time, travel, packing labor and materials, access-related work and any other applicable charges. A move is not booked by viewing these rates.
