Tell Milvus if the item was assembled in the room, has removable components or needs special preparation. Agree on dismantling, protection and reassembly before parts are removed.
Keep screws and fittings identified with their furniture. Leave the carrying route available while packing and avoid placing completed cartons in shared halls or on stair landings.
