A room plan does not need to be elaborate. Identify the bedroom for each bed, the intended wall for larger furniture and a clear place for cartons. Tell the crew who will direct placement.
Measure the limiting openings for the largest pieces. An item that fits a room may still meet a narrow doorway or stair turn on the way in; send photographs and dimensions before the move.
Keep an overnight bag and immediate essentials with you. If some rooms will remain unavailable, discuss temporary placement before collection rather than blocking the main route with furniture.

The hourly rate is one part of the estimate. Confirm minimum billable time, travel, packing labor and materials, access-related work and any other applicable charges. A move is not booked by viewing these rates.
