Keep keys, medication, documents and the personal items needed during the transition with you. If the move includes storage or a delivery interval, plan for the whole gap rather than only the collection day.
Identify furniture and cartons going to the new address, those staying at the property and any separate stored group. Clear written labels and an item list are more reliable than explaining every destination during loading.
You can pack ordinary cartons yourself and ask Milvus to handle fragile belongings or selected rooms. Have the remaining work, materials and preparation dates included in the estimate.

Additional mover and additional truck rates are $55/hour each in the Discount category, $65/hour each in Regular, Subpeak and Peak, and $75/hour each in Highpeak. Ask which crew and vehicle arrangement fits your inventory.
The hourly rate is one part of the estimate. Confirm minimum billable time, travel, packing labor and materials, access-related work and any other applicable charges. A move is not booked by viewing these rates.

Milvus is based in Waltham. Ask how travel and billable time apply to the Hyannis appointment, alongside crew, date category, minimum billing and additional services. Provide both complete addresses and any fixed receiving window.
