Describe each property on its own terms
Arriving at a house
Share the driveway, outdoor steps and the rooms receiving larger furniture. A house may offer more parking space while still having a tight hall or an upstairs turn that needs attention.
Downtown and shared access
A parking permit is not necessarily a loading reservation
Amesbury’s municipal parking guidance covers residential, commercial and temporary permits, including rules for overnight use. The city notes that a sticker does not guarantee an available space. Do not assume that a permit for your own car reserves the area a moving truck needs.

For a building with a lift, include the door opening, usable interior space and the route between it and your apartment. A sofa may fit one part of the route and still meet a narrow corner before it reaches the room.
If stairs are involved, photograph each landing and the top and bottom approaches. Include a low ceiling, railing or door that affects the usable space. Tell us about especially rigid or heavy pieces while the inventory is being reviewed.
For a shared corridor, coordinate with management and keep neighbours’ access open. Boxes should be ready inside the apartment rather than filling a common exit before the crew arrives.

The hourly rate is one part of the estimate. Confirm minimum billable time, travel, packing labor and materials, access-related work and any other applicable charges. A move is not booked by viewing these rates.

Can Milvus move from a building with a reserved loading area?
Yes, share the reservation window, permitted entrance and building instructions before booking. Confirm any required paperwork with management and Milvus.
Does my Amesbury parking sticker reserve space for the truck?
The city states that its parking sticker does not guarantee a space. Check the actual loading arrangement with the responsible city office or property manager; ordinary parking permission may serve a different purpose.
What if the new home has no elevator?
Include the floor, stair layout, landings and large-item dimensions in the quote request. The delivery work needs to reflect the receiving property.
Can I request packing for just fragile belongings?

Can the move cross into New Hampshire?
