A staircase is more than a floor count
Show the landing where furniture has to turn
Photograph the stairs, the landing and the open doorway at each end. Include railings, ceiling clearance and any radiator or fixture that narrows the turn. Pair those photos with dimensions of the larger pieces.
If a bed or table needs disassembly, discuss that work before the crew is assigned. Tell Milvus about furniture that was assembled inside the room, loose joints or parts that do not come apart normally.
Keep shared stairs and landings clear. Cartons waiting on the landing can occupy the space needed to carry furniture, and a neighboring household may still need the entrance.
