The garage belongs in the estimate
Count the shelving, bicycles, storage totes and tools you intend to take. Separate items you are giving away or leaving with the property. Photograph larger equipment and describe its condition and approximate size.
Do the same walk-through in the basement and any detached storage area. A three-bedroom description can conceal a much larger load if several rooms are devoted to hobbies, work or stored household goods.
Ask Milvus about restricted materials before packing the garage. Keep fuel, paint, chemicals and other uncertain products out of ordinary cartons until you have the moving instructions for those items.

Do not dismantle rails, doors or structural parts just to make an item fit. Share the measurements and photos, then discuss the proposed approach. Any work outside the agreed moving scope should be arranged separately.

The hourly rate is one part of the estimate. Confirm minimum billable time, travel, packing labor and materials, access-related work and any other applicable charges. A move is not booked by viewing these rates.

Keep essentials with you
