Line up the dates before packing the last box

Additional mover and additional truck rates are $55/hour each in the Discount category, $65/hour each in Regular, Subpeak and Peak, and $75/hour each in Highpeak. Ask which crew and vehicle arrangement fits your inventory.
The hourly rate is one part of the estimate. Confirm minimum billable time, travel, packing labor and materials, access-related work and any other applicable charges. A move is not booked by viewing these rates.
Arrival matters too
Give the receiving address the same attention
A move from Amherst into a Boston apartment can have very different access at delivery. Send the receiving building’s instructions, service-elevator information and loading arrangements while the quote is being prepared.
For a move toward Hadley, Northampton or another Massachusetts community, still provide the full address and room destinations. A shorter drive does not remove the need to plan stairs, furniture turns or a shared entrance.
If your plans change, update the inventory and access information before moving day. Adding another pickup, a large piece or a different destination can change the work and expected charges.
