Include any paid helpers and the time you need away from work or other responsibilities. Check the actual rental agreement and protection options rather than relying on a single advertised figure.
For professional help, compare written quotes for the same inventory, addresses, access and services. Ask about travel time, minimums, materials and other applicable charges instead of assuming they are identical across companies. For interstate moving, distinguish a size-based starting estimate from the confirmed scope of your move.
The lowest vehicle price may still leave packing and carrying unresolved. Conversely, you may not need full packing if your cartons are ready and only selected pieces need professional preparation.
