Do you charge for wardrobe boxes?
Milvus supplies wardrobe boxes for use during the move at no separate box charge. Tell us how much hanging clothing you have, then confirm the number of boxes and when they will be available.

How it works
Move hanging clothes between closets
A wardrobe box is a tall carton with a rail inside. Shirts, jackets and other hanging garments can travel on hangers instead of being folded into ordinary boxes. It is useful when you want to transfer clothing between closets with less handling.
The box’s hanging space is limited. Tell Milvus about the length of the clothing rails you need moved and any long coats or dresses. Confirm the number of boxes instead of assuming an unlimited supply.
Before pickup
Prepare the closet, then keep the first night separate
Sort what will move
Remove clothing you will donate or carry yourself. Keep the remaining garments grouped by the closet or person they belong to.
Set aside your essentials
Pack a small personal bag with the clothes and toiletries you need immediately. Jewelry, documents and money stay with you, not in a wardrobe box.
Use the right box for each item
Ask how hanging garments will be loaded. Pack shoes, folded clothes and accessories separately where that keeps the weight and contents manageable.
Plan the handover at delivery
Have the destination closet accessible. Confirm with Milvus when the wardrobe boxes are unpacked and what happens to them afterward.

Can I put jewelry in a wardrobe box?
Keep jewelry and other small valuables with you. A wardrobe box is intended for clothing, and small valuable items can be difficult to locate among garments.
Does this include boxes to keep permanently?
Confirm that separately. The published arrangement concerns wardrobe-box use during the move; retention, storage and supply timing need to be agreed.
Should I take clothes off their hangers first?
For garments going into wardrobe boxes, keeping them on hangers is usually the purpose of the box. Confirm the packing plan with Milvus before preparing the closet.
